Returns

Got something that's not quite right? We get it! Drop us a line at hello@andandtiedye.com within 14 days of receiving your tie dye treasures.

After those 14 days, we unfortunately can't offer returns or exchanges - so make sure you check your goodies when they arrive!

For returns, your items need to be in their original condition - unworn and showing all the love we put into making them.

We always recommend double-checking our size guide before you hit that checkout button! Since each piece is hand-dyed with love and our stock levels change regularly, we might not always be able to swap for a different size.

Changed your mind or the fit isn't quite what you imagined? No worries! We're happy to sort you out with a store credit if your items come back to us in their original condition within that 14-day window.

Refunds

We offer full refunds for any items that arrive with faults or damage - that's not the beach vibes we're about!

Once we receive your return, we'll flick you an email to let you know it's arrived safely. We'll also let you know whether your refund is good to go. When approved, we'll process your refund straight back to your original payment method.

Sale Items

Our sale items are riding the last wave out - so unfortunately, they can't be returned. Regular priced items only for returns, please!

Shipping

Unless your item arrived with issues, you'll need to cover the return shipping costs. Original shipping costs can't be refunded, even with store credit exchanges.

Depending on where you're based, exchange delivery times might vary. For returns over $50, we recommend using tracked shipping for peace of mind. We can't guarantee we'll receive returns without tracking.

A Little Note About Colours

Our tie dye is photographed with lots of love, but screens can be tricky things! The actual colours might have slight variations from what you see online - that's part of the handmade charm.
